Paul is a 2011 science fiction comedy film directed by Greg Mottola and starring an ensemble cast headed by Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. It was also written by Frost and Pegg. The film received generally postive reviews. It was the UK's No.1 box office hit in its first week, surpassing Gnomeo and Juliet.
